Shaw MS at Garnet-Patterson closed, leaving Murch and Orr at the bottom of the list. Orr is listed as having the worst conditions, especially due to its 1970s open floor plan, although it did get a nice new library (FWIW). Its 2014 funding was reprogrammed (Mayor's letter says due to complications with open floor plan renovations -
