Yes, it will still be cold. And yes, tomorrow will be tough with the bus situation. But 2 hours gives people time to figure it out.
I really do not think children will be killed or injured tomorrow. Let's toughen up (a little, but not all the way for an on-time opening!!).
Figure out what if your bus is not running? That you don't have a car?
We'll make it a hiking adventure in the snow.

The problem is I wonder if parents and kids will realize that the buses aren't running. If they were at all responsible, DCPS would add that to their website, their tweets, and their facebook posts. Otherwise people might just see the 2 hour delay and just send their kids out assuming all is well.
