Yes, it will still be cold. And yes, tomorrow will be tough with the bus situation. But 2 hours gives people time to figure it out.
I really do not think children will be killed or injured tomorrow. Let's toughen up (a little, but not all the way for an on-time opening!!).
Figure out what if your bus is not running? That you don't have a car?
