Probably. But this isn't about snow, it's about ICE....and downed power lines, fallen trees, broken limbs, hazardous roads and sidewalks, ice encrusted windshields that you need a danged ice pick to get clean....in other words a real mess.


It wouldn't be a complete DC winter unless huge areas suffer a multi-day power outage so my guess is we'll get it!
