I always love when people think they can't exercise. Even if it means sacrificing sleep, it makes me a happier, healthier person.
That's lucky -- sleep deprivation did not make me a happier, healthier person, and it *did* tank my supply.
The good news is that even if you have a kid who takes forever to wean, eventually you will have some time to exercise. Getting back to it may be hard after years away from regular exercise, but it is never too late.
I usually exercise in the morning (I get up at 4:45 to do it), but if I can't, my kids are old enough that I can meet their bus, give them a snack, and then stick dinner in the oven and head down to the basement for a workout.
