I'm the poster from one of the other threads who has had no heat since Wednesday night. My house is totally freezing and my street is juuuuust passable enough right now to get out when we have to. I am terrified the pipes are going to freeze as there is no residual warmth in my house. My son has been plopped in front of screens with space heaters to keep him in a warm place while we wiat for estimates, quotes, and repairmen. Even my husband, who loves snow more than pretty much anyone, is over it this weekend. I love my kids and while I can think up a million fun ideas for time at home, I can't magically be a preschool classroom full of friends. Enough, winter!
