Jambalaya and mango icecream for dessert.

This was an unexpected combination but went very well together. DH says that it was good enough to serve to guests.

I made a chickpea/kale/carrot dish and I also had broiled fish while DH and DC had steak instead of fish.

Salmon, broccoli and pasta - ordered at a restaurant but had to take to go after 2 year old freaked. Fun!

smoked salmon on top of steam potatoes and arugula. a baguette and a glass of dry sauvignon blanc.

I drizzled the salad just a bit with a mixture of dijon mustard/olive oil/ and capers.
so easy, just peel and steam the potatoes, do not salt water, enough salt with the smoked salmon.
