This is hands down the best pesto that has ever touched my lips. It freezes well. I eat it all winter.

Love so many things of hers, but I do the lemon pasta w/ shrimp most often probably. Also love her potato salad recipe. And the lemon yogurt pound cake.
Oh, and my Thanksgiving turkey is always done using her recipe.

The only Ina recipe I've ever made and didn't like was a recipe for peanut butter and jelly bars. Too sweet.

Her Beef Bourguignon. I've made it the day before for a dinner party, put the whole dutch oven in the refrigerator and gently reheated --it was delicious.

Although every recipe of her that I have tried I really liked, my favorite is her orzo and roasted shrimp. I tend to think of it as a spring/summer recipe though. It's delish.

Her chocolate cake recipe! Moist, delicious and not too sweet.

Favs that we make often:
Spiced cashews
Turkey sausage lasagna
Curried chicken salad
Buttermilk ranch dressing
Herb dip
Chicken with goat cheese and basil
Oven toasted bacon
Beatty's chocolate cake
Coconut cupcakes
Blueberry streusel muffins
Challah French toast
Potato basil frittata
Cheddar dill scones

Did not love:
Swordfish
Guacamole (Alton's is way better IMO)
Baked beans
Chocolate buttercream frosting
Flag cake (sooooo dry!)
Shortbread cookies

I agree with you on most of this, but I've made the flag cake several times and everyone loved it, never heard anyone complain it was dry. The shortbread jam thumbprints on the other hand were extremely dry when I made them. I also attempted her buffalo wings recipe and it was a complete disaster.

I'll have to try it again. Definitely loved the frosting and berries.

Yes the buffalo wings were awful! Raw in the middle with burned but still flabby skin.

Love these. I just wish they didn't require so many sticks of butter.

I think you can say that about many of her recipes.
