Only local produce from farmers you know don't hire migrant labor and provide a good wage for? You don't shop at walmart or target? You make all of your cleaning supplies (since large companies are huge poluters)? You don't put gas in a car (oil overwhelmingly coming from countries with awful human rights records)? Don't drink any vodka?
I know some super nutty leftists (I'm leftist, so...) and even they don't have the energy/time to do the research on all that they consume, so choose to focus on their own backyard.
