I think about the mom who wrote in with the crying teenage son and husband didn't want to believe anything was wrong. At least, that's the way I remember it.

A stay at home mom who ended up having to watch her nieces and nephews because her mil got diagnosed with cancer and no longer could be her dh's siblings free childcare. This women ended up with her own 3 kids under 5 with 2 or 3 others on a 3 day a week basis. She was afraid if she said no the sick mil would feel bad and end up watching them. AHHHHHH

There was a thread of a psychic who told me when I'd get pregnant during a period of infertility treatments - she ended up being spot on and I've wondered where she's gone / I was shocked by her accuracy. I think she was an attorney by trade but had always been psychic

There was a woman who admitted she lived in a wealthy neighborhood surrounded by women who keep themselves up and she is frumpy. She said she considered it a good day if she had brushed teeth and clipped her toenails but she liked gardening so devoted her time to that instead of appearances. She admitted she has a gut and that her husband made it was clear she needed to "do something about it" and she was asking advice on how to fix herself up or care to do so, if I recall. I have no idea why, but I think about her sometimes.

Completely blanking out, but the post from a Haitian lady about selling property and cheating DH...and one person's funny reply to it.

I wrote a lot of the "favorites" on that thread. It's hard to remember which ones now because it was last summer but one was the woman who said her daughter's name was "Madeline NOT Madeline." My favorite one I did was the woman who had 4 kids and I said her dad made her quit her job at Pizza Hut when she snuck out to a Def Leopard concert. And she thought she'd really made it because her house had stairs. LOL. I just had a good time in that thread, it was so fun for me.

Does anyone else remember the OP, I think inExpectant Moms, who was expecting her first and had a commuter marriage with her DH? She was in NYC and he was in DC. There was some big kerfuffle because she didn't want her MIL to visit the baby until it had its 8 week shots. I always wondered what happened to her. It ended up being a dramatic thread because someone who knew them started weighing in.

Right after that doctor visit I met someone I started happily dating. Although unfortunately it is not so happy right now. So perhaps I should make a doctors appointment.....
