It doesn't necessarily mean anything. All it means is that she's seen his house, either in person or in pics. Most guys I know will give you the tour when you come over for the first time.

I'm female and have lots of male friends with whom I have nothing sexual/flirtatious going on. "your whole house is a man cave" is exactly the kind of comment I would make if it were true. Hell, I redecorated one friend's bedroom over email - he sent before pics and links to stuff he was considering and I sent back suggestions. I wonder if his new wife likes it.
