Second this! Over quick and the music gets you pumped up. Just be sure to go with a place that knows what they're doing. I hate working out and love that I am in and out in 30 mins.

I like to walk listening to music on headphones and I enjoy Zumba or similar dance/aerobic classes. I'm not super good at the classes, but I have a sense of humor about myself. I leave them with a good workout and a smile on my face. The hardest part for me is getting myself there.
PLease! Share how you do this? I have a health club (tennis/workout stuff) just five minutes drive from my house, but I can't bring myself to go there! I don't like clubs, I tell myself, dont' ahve anyone to play tennis with, etc.
I walk my dog when I feel like it, but even that seems too hard for me. I just can't get myself to exercise, even though I'm overweight and NEED it. Just can't do it. How do you get yourself to go, how, how, how???
