Just got notice that I got a 5K bonus this year. First time our agency has done bonuses in 3+ years, and the biggest one I've received ever. Very nice surprise.

Last year at my agency if you got a 5 you could get a step increase (WIGI) instead of a bonus which was awesome. I actually prefer that to a bonus.

no - we did the first year I was here (a very minimal amount) but since the budget "troubles" - there have been no bonuses.
