+1. I wouldnt be surprised if teacher unions started suing some deranged parents for defamation.

If this is in Alabama, your complaint may have some merit. File a formal complaint.

If this is in Maryland...the teacher may have a point. Investigate context a bit more, perhaps those kids do deserve the feedback they are getting.

Tread carefully because she could sue you into the poorhouse for defamation, possibly, in the event she is not a racist.

I have this vice principal who just absolutely hates me i had bad grades in 6th grade and then in 7th grade I have A's and B's i just received to go to a summer school program and i'm there like "Mom i have A's and B's " I don't know what to do i'm literally stressing out!!!!

was the teacher mean because the boy did not get his way, is this a brat acting out?
Do not expect teachers to always have a good day and to be happy spending the whole day with a class full of kids.

My guess is all teachers are nice to a student if they know the family, and if the kid is pretty and dresses nicely and knows how to be polite to a teacher

OP. I had a few of those when I was in school. Parents need to directly tell the principal. Even if you are of the race that she likes. Your child could still be harmed by her insecurities. Once you tell the principal, it will be fixed pronto.

In some corners of MCPS the teachers do not reflect the culture of their students/customers. Bias abounds.

S/O -- Why is it so hard for parents to register genuine concerns about a teacher? I have no idea whether or not the issues with OP's school and teacher are legit or not. We're dealing with a teacher situation and it is very, very frustrating. It seems that parents can have lots of concerns, kids can be very upset, patterns can be established and, yes, schools, principals and PTAs can know of bad behavior. Yet, silence. It seems that there is an entire system that is all about protecting teachers and the status quo, even when it means that kids will suffer.

My teacher is racist. She's the japanese teacher and is very rude to anyone who isn't asian...other students have noticed and yet she has still been working for 20 years. We the students can't really do anything abut it so we just switch out...
