Agreed. Cheap and disgusting. The comforter was probably so stiff with bodily fluids that it probably could have walked to college on its own.
It's "cheap" to keep using bedding that works perfectly fine? Huh? If it's held up over the years, why NOT keep using it? How often do I have to buy new sheets to not be "cheap and disgusting"? It's called being a reasonable consumer. And it's a reason to *NOT* buy Buzz Lightyear or dinosaur sheets. Just buy regular sheets that might grow with your kid.
They should not be disgusting if you do your laundry regularly.
