Yes, there are many posters here who don't like "shitshacks," we know this. Since it's Friday and I'm just relaxing with my coffee, I did a quick scan of some of the recent threads in the RE forum. Most posters here have a much better grasp on sentence structure than the person I'm referring to. How can it NOT be the same person? Arlington Hater/New Homes Booster are probably the same person. Also high likelihood of Pimmit Hills Boosterism.

Or (less likely) every person who wants to live away from Arlington and in a new build cannot write for shit? Hmm, no.

1) where's ashburn? Since I don't even know where it is, I'm guessing my 30 minute commute to my DC office would be well over an hour.

2) I would trade all those empty square feet inside the house for mature trees in my yard.

You can keep ashburn, I'm quite happy with Arlington. And, honestly, I don't know how you can compare the two. The only thing they have in common is the commonwealth in which the sit.

I'm in arlington here, but job is now out in Loudoun county. The corporate and government agencies currently constructing new building out in Loudoun is unbelievable. It's everywhere out in LC.
I hate the reverse commute now - actually looking into making the move out west.

Working and living near or in Ashburn is one thing, but living in Ashburn and commuting to DC - NO WAY. I refuse to live in my car!!! I'd rather live in a 2 bedroom condo near or in the city with my family than drive the distance to Ashburn twice a day. Love my life in a close-in neighborhood in a small SFH. A house is not more important than family time.
