I too ordered this through LivingSocial and after being told that it was shipped twice I never received it. I asked for tracking on the replacement package and was told it wasn't available. I disputed the charge with my credit card company because immuneiq's website says they won't refund shipping and I wanted to make sure I'd get it all back.

Low and behold I got the kit today and it was postmarked 10/3, so they lied about shipping. Needless tosay I won't be using it or dealing with the company again.

I have terrible cat allergies and immediately shower and shampoo after exposure. So I also started giving her more baths. She takes Temaril-P. As per the vet we don't give her the joint meds or anything else except the monthly heartworm pill and flea-tick topical.

She had a cyst between her toes and was licking at it. The vets gave me a good tip for that- put socks on the dog and secure the top with athletic or duct tape. Then put on doggie booties to go outside or just change the sock. The alternative was one of those elizabethan collars so she realized it was the unwanted sock or the collar.

I also ordered the tests through Living Social, received a message regarding delay but then I received my kit. I was slow sending to back to the company but I did a couple of weeks ago and I received my results yesterday via email. I'm a little skeptical about the results, how can he be allergic to fish meal but not ocean fish? Looks like I have more research to do but at least now I have a list to work with.

I also bought this test with the extras from Living Social. I mailed back the samples on 9/12. Today is 10/07 and i still have not received her results. I've just emailed the company asking where the results are or when can i expect them? I understand there might be a back log since the Living Social coupon went live. I will check back in once I receive an answer. This test is also important to myself and my dog. She's been REALLY sick the past two years with Immune problems. I want to see what this company comes back with that i can discuss with my Vet.

I ordered on the August 8th and got an apology on September 5th. Our results came September 27th. Yes my dog is allergic to 3 pages of foods but now I have a clue which I didn't have before. In the mean while we got another dog which is on Venison and rice for sensitive stomachs. We switched the first dog to it even though he is allergic to rice because I won't change the second dog until I know her better. First dog can have turkey (Thank God) because he likes it and I like cooking it. Last night I made pumpkin treats with spelt flour and both dogs are happy and seem healthy. I am thankful for Immune IQ and will work off their report for now.

I also ordered from the living social site. I keep getting the run around as to when it should arrive. It has been 3 1/2 weeks. Thinking about a refund. I don't like the fact you are only abke to communicate by email.

Hemopet.com has an accurate saliva test that can be done by mail. I did two separate set of tests (each tests for a group of most common sensitivities). I paid a total of $275 for both test groups and received my dogs results back by email within two weeks. The Dr. who came up with the tests is Dr. Jean Dodds in Garden Grove CA. She has several websites. She also offers titer testing ( I lost my last dog to over vaccination). Dr. Dodds rescues Greyhounds.

We ordered through Living Social and were notified very quickly that they were overwhelmed by the orders and would be 2 weeks late in shipping. We received the results and while our dog is allergic to a lot of things, the only real problems were fish meal, olive, oats, corn and peanut butter. Since we were giving the dog his medicine with peanut butter and were giving him olive oil to soften his coat on occasion, that makes sense! We are shifting to a gluten free diet and will see if it helps.

Also, the fish meal allergy makes sense since I cycle onto fish based food every once in a while (like right now) and his allergies are at their worst right now.

I just received the results for our 2 year old Siberian Husky. I am definitely confused about the results. Plan to check with our vet next time we see him.

My story is the same, the only protein he can eat is duck, sardines and rabbit? Beef and chicken were both in the red column. I sort of wish I never sent in for the test because these results can't be accurate, but I know I will be second guessing myself when feeding him. Ugh!

I ordered through living social, I got the results back and it looks like my Havanese is allergic to EVERYTHING, including potatoes. I'm not sure how much stock to put into it because it doesn't tell me how sensitive she is to certain things. She also happens to have struvite crystals. So now I am at a loss. She's apparently allergic to the hypoallergenic prescription food too...

I too also almost ordered on Doggy Loot. I found an allergy test online from Dr Jean Dobb. I may look into this. More expensive but seems good. A lot of what is on her website is very interesting

I also saw it on doggy loot and almost ordered it. I will not be ordering it after reading this and would rather go through a vet.
