The metro follows 66 so you are closer to the station which adds to your property value.

The DC area is urbanized in general. If you live 1 mile or 5 miles from 66, it's pretty much the same. Does the air next to 66 not float all around the region?


You don't think there is a difference between 1 mile or 5 miles in how far sooth and bad stuff travels? Seriously?
