They are too clausterphobic. Tubs are way to narrow to enclose with a sliding door. It screams 1970s/early80s and dates your bathroom.

PP here- if you already have the doors, I don't know that I would take them out. If you hadn't already had the doors, I wouldn't spend the money putting them in.

For a shower/ tub combo I prefer curtains.

For a standing shower only, I like the door but only if there is really space for it. We saw one house with a super small shower stall in the master bath and a door that opened inward (there was no room to open it outward) and you could barely get in and out of the shower, and I'm a small person. But I love the clean/ open look of doors in a big enough shower stall.

are the doors clean, in good shape and not bright gold finishes? then id leave them and let the buyers decide

Here's an idea...neither! When we renovated our hall bath, we never ended up installing a rod or curtain, because it was only the kids' bath. Left it that way when we showed/sold the house because it looked clean and open. Obviously we would have had to install a rod/curtain down the road once kids started showering, and buyers could do the same. Just a thought!
