I am 45; I started 4 months ago, and pictures of my buns could sell hamburger rolls. Granted I wasn't overweight at all, but I was hardly in shape either. I could have competed in the Flat Butt Pageant. Now my "baby" is complaining that my "tummy is not soft anymore."
Poor thing, she has to adjust to a fit and sexy mama. What if I set an example??!! There might be one less overweight American!!
