In the DC area, the majority of higher paying tech jobs are with govt contractors. They want a minimum bachelors, plus certs, plus experience. AGREED

Sales of technical equipment that is more specialized for larger building owners. Mostly Commercial and Industrial grade equipment that is used is every building that is not residential. I also sell a smidge of residential, probably less than 5% of my sales.
