Workout clothes are for working out, the first thing I want to do is soak my sweaty clothes in OXY clean, shower and change into clothes that are not designed for working out. LuLu doesn't seem like it's designed for working out. $50+ for running shorts and shirts? Really? Is the clothing guaranteed to not chafe? Can anyone let me in on the secret without telling me how amazing my ass will look in yoga pants? I just want to understand the running gear.

Really??? Do you workout and change immediately at the gym or go straight home to avoid being seen in your workout gear? Not meant to be snarky, but are you not comfortable in how you look in your workout clothes?
Nice try. I sweat when I workout. I don't want to keep damp, sweaty clothes on my body all day.
It's awfully fake and pretentious to wear workout clothes all day. It's like the women in the late 70's and early 80's who wore tennis dresses all day, every day, regardless of whether they were going to play tennis that day.
Not even close.

Funny, I am not sure. My husband buys me Prana stuff. I think either Rei or Hudson Trail.

I think that is probably true and yoga pants can be flattering because they are like moderate control top. BUT...please don't wear them to events like a baby shower. My friend wore an entire Lulu outfit to my baby shower at my mom's house and it was just lame. I mean, nice jeans are kind of the bottom of the barrel of acceptable clothing at a baby shower hosted at a soon to be grandmother's house. It was stupid and made my friend look like she can't dress and that is actually not true. She has a great figure, great wardrobe, etc. But she loved her Lulu yoga outfit and wore that crap everywhere. Let's be honest, it is the modern equivalent of sweatpants.
