We've heard great things about The WJ cluster, but it seems like houses in that area are out of our price range (up to $500k). We've been looking now at the Kensington heights area and I'd like to know what people have to say about the neighborhood, we're looking for a friendly neighborhood and of course, good schools. Some people have told me that KH is basically Wheaton. Any advice?

I just looked it up on Google Maps street view. The sign is at the turn off to Drumm Avenue from University. Across the street is the Wheaton Animal Hospital, and the next turn up University is for the Westfield Wheaton Mall.
