Oh absolutely not! There are certainly other ways for people to gain experience and credentials, but what are Josh's? Not that the FRC is a reputable org, but most reputable orgs would publicly list a position for people to apply and interview for.

It will be a serious culture shock.

I can't applaud anyone for working for a hate organization. Other than that, I'm happy that they're happy.
