No. It has no bearing on appeals. There were fewer eligible kids because the testing this year was different.

Yes, thanks - that gives ~16% ratio of all 2nd graders found eligible to AAP this year

Can you take it further? Of the students deemed center-eligible, what percentage is 2nd graders and what percentage is other grades? Does it change significantly the higher up in grade you go? Did you explain this already and I missed it? Thx!
