Stress does harm a developing baby. I thought everyone knew that. Of course it's impossible to know the exact extent. OP, why not doing something you enjoy?
Certain TYPES of extreme stress have been proven to harm a fetus in pregnancy -- e.g. living in a war zone. Staying at a stressful job that OP has managed to handle for over 2 years is not likely to have that effect. (Unless you have a reliable cite that says different.)
