OP Here: I was born with a heart murmur that as of 2006, was partially closed up so I know that is something that they want to check out too.
I had a PFO. I got into distance running in college after being a dancer my whole life. The extended strain on my heart forced too much blood through the atria so my brain would go without near enough oxygen. I got migraines for the first few months before I had my first TIA. They assumed because of the migraines that it was purely neurological until they went through my siblings histories. Surgery was easy, but I am now deaf on my left side.

Btw my first thought was something affecting the nerves around the spine. The elevated blood pressure and dizziness could have bean fear and anxiety - it was a very scary siruation. Hope whatever it is resolves quickly!!

OP Here: Yes it was. It was on the left side of my stomach except this time, it spread to the lower middle of my stomach too.
