I'm sure the agent for this listing, and the current owners, are pissed at you right about now.

I worked in a place where there were two people had died (it was a large property and some offices were in what had previously been a private home). There were MANY stories about the ghosts and I did not believe them until one day I am quite sure I encountered one. Neither ghost (or spirit, whatever you prefer) ever hurt anyone but the house did have a feeling of great sadness at all times. Some people do not pick up on these things but others greatly do...if you are someone who does not pick up on the vibe of a house, buy it! It is really cute!
