drink lots of water too! you need a lot more water when pregnant. this will help you eat.
Ditto on the water advice! I also had dry mouth and I found that the most processed breads were the most tolerable - like white Wonder bread or dinner rolls. They seem to have a lot more moisture content than the nice, healthy whole wheat stuff I would eat normally.
