I am a 45 yr old lady who finds attractive:
1.) A head of hair. Nothing turns me off than a middle-aged guy who has gone completely bald. I do not like that greasy bald look. Unless the guy is black. Silly, right?! I agree, but am being honest here. While greasy bald men turn me off. However a SHAVED bald head can be attractive.
2.) A nice face. I.e., clear skin, pretty eyes {a plus!!}, straight teeth and medium in proportion facial features.
3.) Short, well - clipped fingernails and toe nails. Any guy who doesn't keep his nails clean and groomed is not the guy for me.
4.) A healthy body.
No, a man does not have to have a six pack, but a beer belly is just gross. If wanted a beer belly man, I could have just dated my own father. LOL.
5.) No back hair.
I dated this guy once and once we got into bed and I felt his back and how hairy it was, I wanted to die. Just die. It was so gross.
Speaking of hair, men..it is 2013. A bit of manscaping is a HUGE plus.

Number one is someone who is funny.
A guy that can make me laugh is so hot and sexy. I cannot stand to be around guys who have no sense of humor. 95% of what comes out of my mouth is tongue and cheek and when my jokes and/or anecdotes fall flat time and time again, the guy is history no matter how physically hot he may be.
Number two is someone w/lots of integrity.
There is something so hot about a guy who is honest and upfront w/a woman. Maybe because many men are liars, to find an honest one in the bunch makes me feel as if I have snagged a keeper!
Lastly, I like a guy who is passionate about what he does. Whether he flips burgers or performs surgery, if he is passionate about his line of work then that is sexy as hell. If he goes to work w/a smile on his face and a bounce to his step, then that is fucking amazing.
Other sexy traits in men are: intelligence, knowledge of current events, and open mindness.

I've never been overly concerned with looks. I'm pretty attractive (well, I used to be), but that's not what has ever been important to me with guys. I actually find aesthetic perfection a turn off.
I dig confidence, authority, motivation, and what I can only describe as a "team mentality" (a guy who will pitch in for the good of the whole as opposed to looking out for himself). I used to think humor was paramount, but now I think as long as they laugh at my jokes I don't care if they can make a room erupt into laughter. Wit is important, however.
I'm the type to have crushes on bosses, teachers, camp counselors, etc.
Physically, I do prefer gargantuan. But my only physical deal-breaker is that a guy has to have good posture. I don't mind a scrawny guy (not my preference) if he walks like he's 6'4" 250. Again, it goes back to the whole confidence and authority/power thing. {twirls pigtail}
