Good morning!
"Early riser" here (I liked how someone referenced that previously haha). Is anyone staying on top of their fitness regimen? I think I am asking to either make me feel better (I.have.not.been) or to motivate me by making me feel guilty. I usually run regularly but since feeling awfulllll during the first trimester combined with the winter months/being dark by the time I got home from work, I soooo have not been (I know, excuses, excuses...). I have attempted to run ummmm, about 1.5 times. I also think its because I have never had boobs in my life until getting pregnant and geeze does it make running harder! Seriously, I finally understand the importance of a good sports bra. But I do walk about 3-4 miles daily (not really by choice- its getting to/from metro + work). I have never really been all that into yoga but am thinking I should join a prenatal class or get a dvd to do at home? Wondering what you gals are doing for exercise?
Also, I am 20 weeks next week & we find out if it is a boy or a girl

I always thought I wouldn't find out the sex because you have so few chances for surprises as an adult but now that I am pregnant I am giddy as can be to find out. Not even because I care about blue or pink (I prefer gender neutral color more anyway), but I have heard it makes the whole thing seem more "real".
