Twinbrook, 20851 between Veirs Mil and Rockville Pike. I stay north of Twinbrook parkway, only because I don't run long distances. There are many walkers, bikers and joggers. As I said, I'm sure there is crime, but Twinbrook is not Anacostia (ignorant PP) and I feel perfectly safe. My husband runs much further and his only fear is being hit by cars in right turing lanes (not looking to the left).

I feel very safe in the neighborhood. I even go running in the evening, alone, but with my dogs. I'm sure crime happens everywhere, but I don't feel that it's rampant or unsafe.
