Paul. I go to the one in foggy bottom. Staff is incredibly polite and friendly, great service. Most (I think) are francophones from Africa and other regions? What I also love is that there is no waiters or hostess to get you a table. You can leisurely sip your coffee, eat, without being bothered constantly by wait staff - obviously just like in France!
