This is such an NFP response.

ENTJ, but right on the line of E/I. DH is INTJ. I think our poor kids are doomed to be very heavy NTJs, and one is already talking about law school (at 7 - sigh).

I loved studying law, but I think it was very hard to be an F in litigation.

Yes, I had to get out of litigation because I felt like a square peg in a round hole most of the time. Not surprisingly, I gravitated more towards dispute resolution and counseling (before leaving law entirely).

signed,

Ditto. Well, maybe not the off the chart J part, but I am strongly I, T, and J, with N/S being closely split. I do appellate litigation and love it, except for oral arguments.

I'm one of the prior ISTJ posters and I'm also in appellate litigation. I do enjoy briefing. I don't love doing oral arguments frequently, but I get a kick out of a good argument every now and then.

INFP here. I've seriously considered switching to a different profession many times but I'm still here. I am definitely odd woman out in this profession.

INTJ. Solid on everything except the S/N, where I'm on the line.

I think you might be the first "S" in this thread (although I see you have a lot of "N" too). J off the charts? Wow, my P self would have problems living with you!

I am almost evenly split between J and P, though J always edges the P out. Wonder what that means?
