OP, I think you're reading way too much into this. Job searches require flexibility. Unless you have tons of other options, I suggest you don't let yourself be "turned off" by something as trivial as an interview schedule. At least wait until the substance of the interview to really evaluate them. Maybe it is an inefficient way to interview but if you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain. Good luck!
