No matter what your sleep training method is, you should have a baby monitor so that you know what’s going on in the room. Get the twilight ladybug sleep night so DC has something to look at on the ceiling.

Get a sound machine so DC has waves to help lull them to sleep.
But don’t just leave them in the dark, defenseless. There’s no real threats coming for them, but they will feel very vulnerable and abandoned.
