Agreed. Kane needs new sidekicks. He's obviously an intelligent guy, and he's surrounded by folks who sound quite inferior. One of the reasons why I like Elliott in the Morning is that he and his sidekicks are actually intelligent. Sure he can be crass, but there's a certain level of intelligence. The new sidekicks on the Kane show are irritating. It's like listening to a bunch of teenagers.

Lame or not, I will not miss that asshat Jack Diamond one bit.

"Local ties?" Like the time they interview John Bobbit and his new girlfriend asking her if she were a one or two port? She didn't get they were asking about vaginal and anal sex. Then Bobbit gets on the phone to say that she's definitely two port.

Is that what happened? I tried the station several times last week/this week and thought it had been hacked. There is some incomprehensible talk-radio going on. Jack Diamond had his issues, but whatever they have on now is just putrid.

Resurrecting the thread since he seems to have been unceremoniously dumped and will be replaced by a show from Atlanta that sounds a lot like the 98 Rock morning show, except more crass and without any local ties. Ive switched to 102.7 and 94.7 for mornings. Ever since Erica and Tommy left, the show is boring. And Ally annoys me. Why did she split with the BF? I remember her talking about him constantly.

No they bug me too. They are all pretty much morons. One time they were commenting on a story about the mayor of Washington, DC when Adrien Fenty was in office. They were talking about Anthony Williams as if he were the current mayor. How dumb can you be.
