I think your advert should give some personal information. It seems kind of abrupt and stern, stereotypes you are probably trying to overcome.
Use a bit more active voice and add a sentence or two about why you do this work. Go for a friendlier vibe. What do you love about working with kids? The energy, the arts and music, their development? Things like lots of outdoor time and no TV are great--give your potential employer an image of what an afternoon with you would be like.
I would also highlight your references as, as you see, people will really want to background check you.

The problem is still misogyny: we view childcare as work women are expected to do, we devalue women and the work they do, therefore we are suspicious of any man who would voluntarily take it on.
