Freddy's is my new favorite spot. Never mind the food (which is great and the portions are big enough I have leftovers for next day lunch), the beer selection is incredible and well priced.

Brasserie Monte Carlo. I've only been twice but loved it both times. I need to go back.

Flannagan's Harp & Fiddle makes the best Lamb Stew. I always mean to try something else on the menu, and I always end up ordering it again.

Totally agree that Aji-Nippon is great. DH prefers Raku, but I hate it there. It's cramped, packed, and imo over priced.

Is Parker's a chain? I don't think it is one, but it sort of feels like a chain restaurant. Either way, it's DH's favorite place to eat.

Olazzo's is my favorite Italian place. There's only two of them, so I don't count that as a chain.

Like Yamas a lot too but haven't tried the salad.

Never been myself. Did you have a salad? I have been looking for a great Greek salad spot.

Woodmont grill, aka Houston's. Matuba for sushi.

Agree on Cesco. I used to love it but we went last week to the new space and it has gone WAY downhill.

I have to say I wasn't that impressed with Di'Marco. Haven and Mia's are better and the owner of D'Marco was grumpy and very unfriendly. My DH loves to make pizza at home was asking him questions about crust techniques and the guy was so rude we couldn't believe it.

Grapeseed, Blacks, Persimmon if we want something nice and good wine.

We like Mias, Guardados, and Bacchus too.

Cesco used to be awesome until they moved and now they are a big dissapointment.

Its across from Creative parties. I highly suggest going there for the pizza and the other food is grat as well!

Nah Pizza De Marco is a step up from Mama Lucia

Nope you are wrong. Its definitely not even comparable to Mama Lucias. Its wood oven fired and the dough is incredible. Mama Lucias is greasy and nasty and I dont eat there in general. Gross.

I agree, no comparison. Pizzaria de Marco is great and very kid-friendly. Highly recommend it. Also, love Pizza Haven and delivery from Corner Slice. Yes, we like pizza!

I think Bacchus has really gone downhill. It used to be great but the last time I went -- meh.
