I live in this neighborhood. We moved here two years ago and love it.
The streets that make up the neighborhood are Stowe Rd., Stockbridge Ln, Post Mills Ln, and York Mills Ln. Here are some recent sales if you want to see what other houses in the neighborhood look like.

The neighborhood events are great but by no means unique as many neighborhoods here are like this. Also, the $540/yr HOA fee that everyone in Reston pays covers numerous pools, tennis courts, 1,300+ acres of open space, many miles of wooded walking trails, lakes, ponds, streams, tot lots, ball fields, a Nature House and two community centers with programming for all ages, and probably other amenities I'm forgetting. Reston is known for its dense tree canopy. Haha, I sound like a realtor, but I'm just a satisfied homeowner.
This house will go fast. I predict this weekend.
