I should consider Oakton/Vienna I suppose. I just hate Rt. 66 west or 123 SW in rush hour. It can be tough.
We're in the Pine Spring ES district with an infant, so no personal experience yet but the parents I've talked to in our neighborhood have great things to say about the school. With that said, some neighborhoods in this district are much better than others. City Park Homes is nice, as are Fenwick Park and Tremont Gardens but I would probably avoid Tyler Park.
