And yes, I am a critic of Israel. Israel presents itself as a democratic country and yet systematically discriminates against its own citizens (not talking about West Bank and Gaza here - talking about Israeli citizens) based on race and ethnicity. For all our problems in this country, we don't accept racial and ethnic segregation and discrimination as normal and desirable.
FWIW, I'm also a critic of Egypt, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Russian, Cuba, China among others. And if I thought they expected us to support their efforts to start a war with Iran while giving them tons of money, I'd also be calling on them to do what they want but send the money back.

I wrote this, and I agree with you. I was being sarcastic. The Obama administration will not officially recognize Israel's capital city of Jerusalem. Instead of just having Israel's government decide where it's capital is, Mr. Nobel Peace Prize wants a consensus.
