If you are out in a restaurant, yes. This is fairly common in the professional world (CPAs, lawyers, etc.).

I meet friends for lunch a couple of workdays a month. Very occasionally (like 2-3 times a year?) we'll have a glass of wine, especially if it's a really light day at work or an easy time like late August or the holidays. My tolerance is such that one glass won't affect me much. My coworkers and I typically don't drink at work lunches, but that's because they're expensed and we can't expense alcohol.
