History has a way of omitting the negatives of past presidents. One thing about Bill is that there is no shortage of negatives the right can bring up in a split of a second.

wow, now his affair with monica caused 9/11? when it happened 5+ years later? That is just insane. He went after Bin Laden's network in 98 at the height of the scandal and impeachment - people screamed at the time he was trying to divert attention.

If you really want to go there, there is quite a bit of evidence that Bush and his team ignored the threat. Not to mention not killing the dude on several occasions when they had a chance.
