In what way is she not ready for tampons? I mean, as soon as you get your period aren't you ready for them? I know Playtex makes a line that's easier for younger girls - athletic or something - I can't remember what it's called. My suggestion is to have her use tampons - just try each brand until you find one that she likes best.
