Great to hear, yet again.
On the plus column, Chesterbrook has nice houses, a great community pool, and few, if any, chain link fences and homes with multiple pick-up trucks in the driveway.

It's a good sign. 20 years later than Arlington, so there's a lot of catching up to do...
They want some additional sidewalks. They certainly don't want the whole area paved over like much of Arlington. If the choice is between Chesterbrook without sidewalks or Big Yellow Taxi, most would take the former.
Funny way of phrasing that. Walk much?
Yes, but not only on concrete.
There are plenty of neighborhoods in this area with sidewalks. People who buy homes and then complain about lack of sidewalks are like the people who buy homes near the airport and then complain about the noise.

LOLOL. You're funny.
Truth, north Arlington has a terrible school system
LOLOL. You're funny. Desperate too.
North Arlington schools are far superior to McLean, which is a system in decline. See the posts about the budget crunch in FFX public schools. Your class sizes exceed 30. Arlington's are in the low 20s.
