Poor guy, and poor kid having to find out that your Mom is a stank whore. The laws need to change, no should be able to profit from deception.

If you serve as the kid's dad for several years there isn't any getting around it.

If RealDaddy (tm) can get tracked down there is a chance he might be asked to start paying some CS from here on out, but I wouldn't count on it.

For a new kid -- I think a DNA test still has to be done if you are still married. If you're not, then the woman claims you're the daddy, then a DNA test ends up getting taken.

OP if the child isn't born and you and the mother know definitively that this child isn't yours there isn't an issue. When, or if, mom pursues child support, you state that you are not the dad, prove it with a DNA test, and that's that.

Great dr. Douche.

Anybody actually no the process? In my case kid is unborn.
TIA

If kid isnt born yet, then there is nothing (yet) to disestablish. I only know the process in DC. You can refuse to admit paternity. If/when mom goes to court to establish child support, you can either acknowledge paternity or pay for a DNA test. If you choose a DNA test, the results will speak for themselves.
