How old are your kids OP? We change passwords all the time because the older kids see us enter them.
I would just change it. It's annoying to have what someone else watched affect your queue and suggestions and technically it's not allowed by Netflix. If she has the gall to ask about it just say that it prompted you to change your password like it does every 3 months or something.
