We are dual citizens and I hope my kid will go to my country after high school. Language skills is one thing he needs to improve on, but that is one way to do it.
Maybe we forget that in modern times all children are supposed to go to school. Even americans who live abroad are sending their kids to local schools paid for by some other taxpayer
