I am pretty bitter that NoVA is about the only area that is still denied an exception to this law - more than 50% of the school systems are allowed to start early, which means the law only applies to a minority of VA school districts. It is such a bullshit law.
I don't understand how Loudoun could get an exemption from that law, but not FFx county.
