OP probably stopped reading, but I actually know of someone who's DD went through the same thing. She cut out any meat/milk with hormones. That helped, but I'd definitely see an endocrinologist.

I got my period a week after I turned 10 and probably had boobs since I was 8. I'm now a DD and my boobs are my best feature.
